Uldis Tēraudkalns is the CEO of Nexpay, a fintech scale-up providing business banking solutions for digital companies. Uldis brings more than a decade of experience working in finance. He has also served on the boards of multiple companies. Uldis holds a master’s degree in finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and is the co-host of The Pursuit of Scrappiness, a leading business and startup podcast in the Baltics.
