Description
Sébastien Borget is the Co-founder and COO of virtual gaming platform The Sandbox, where he leads a global team across four continents. He’s passionate about nurturing a robust creator community, building no-code tools such as VoxEdit and GameMaker to allow anyone anywhere to build, create and monetize assets and experiences.
Sébastien also became the President of the Blockchain Game Alliance in 2020, a non-profit organization of 500 key members of the industry, and is a founding member of the Open Metaverse Alliance, which aims to standardize metaverse interoperability to benefit users.
When he’s not building the metaverse, he’s playing games with his kids — and definitely learning firsthand from them how the next generation interacts with virtual worlds.
