Laurent started his career as the VP of Worldwide New Media at Club Med in New York, handling all of their digital related efforts worldwide and driving the launch of their e-commerce web site. He also participated in the first online banner advertising campaign in the world on HotWired alongside MCI, AT&T, Volvo and Zima. His achievements for Club Med were featured in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Wired Magazine and USA Today. In 1996 he founded one of the first Digital Marketing Agencies - IVY where he led the development of innovative video brand content marketing campaigns among which several award winning digital branded video programs for GlaxoSmithKline, Jaguar, LPG, Cartier and L’Oréal. IVY was sold in 2009 to one of the leading advertising groups. He then founded Voilatv™, a Subscription-based SVOD OTT service in North America delivering the "Best of European TV channels anytime on any device" in live, time-shifted and cloud DVR. A Seasoned digital entrepreneur and investor with more than 25 years’ experience in technology, Digital marketing, Media and Entertainment and Blockchain Technology, He's now an active investor in several Web3 ventures:,,, Ride Own Game and Laurent also sits on the board of, The Rights Blockchain Initiative, Stanga1 (, a leading offshore digital production center with +500 employees based in Eastern Europe with offices in Bulgaria, Ukraine and Macedonia. Laurent has also been a speaker at several international and renowned industry events such as MIPCOM, the Security Token Academy, the TV of Tomorrow show in San Francisco, CA as well as at the Online Advertising/Jupiter events and at the Cannes Cyber Lions. A French native, Laurent has spent most of life in the US where he graduated with an MBA from Clark University, MA. He now resides with his wife and three children in Miami Beach, FL
