Vardan Khachatryan serves as the Chief Legal Officer and a Board Member at Fastex. Before joining Fastex, Khachatryan refined his legal expertise at top law firms, with a focus on private equity and corporate law. At Fastex, he directs the legal and regulatory framework, ensuring adherence to international standards and guiding strategic decisions. Additionally, Vardan contributes to academic circles as a faculty member at the American University of Armenia, where he teaches Blockchain and Crypto Law and Venture Capital, applying his industry knowledge to educate future legal professionals.
Vardan also plays a pivotal role as the Founding Partner of catalysts.law, a law firm that provides specialized advice to Web3 firms, startups, and venture capital funds. His commitment to the technological and financial legal spheres extends to his involvement as a co-founder and board member of the Web3 Armenia Foundation, further demonstrating his active participation and leadership in shaping the future of digital finance and legal practices in the Web3 space.
Vardan holds a law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law and is admitted to the New York Bar.
