Description
Igor Teslya is the NA / EU Sales Director for MetaMask Institutional at Consensys, a global blockchain technology.
With over five years of experience working in the Web3 space, Igor’s mission is to help organisations access Web3 safely, efficiently, and competently. He leads sales and business development for both North America and Europe and works directly with treasury teams, institutional traders, and investors who are active or wish to become active in the Web3 and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem. Igor also helps to manage partnerships with other companies building in Web3, including protocols and service providers.
Before working in Web3, Igor worked in healthcare and developed an interest in blockchain technology after learning about blockchain applications for healthcare informatics. After exploring the space, he became fascinated by the prospect of building a more open and efficient internet—colloquially referred to as Web3. He has a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Neuroscience from Macaulay Honors College of New York and is completing an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
In his free time, Igor enjoys insight meditation, musicology, and interactive storytelling.
